Sunday 12th April
light 70% snatch day
Snatch + Drop Snatch complex
50Kg * 3
60Kg * 3 * 3 sets
Then some circuit training
Front Squats
90Kg * 5 reps
Snatch Pulls
70Kg * 5 reps
1 arm Dumbell lean + Press (every rep is a clean and a press)
20Kg * 5 reps
that is one set of the circuit, I took about 5 minutes rest between circuits and did 3 sets in total.

I was supposed to stop at 80%, but it felt very light so I went up to 70Kg (82.5%).
Sorry about the videos being on their side, I wish youtube had video editing software to rotate them and trace barpaths!
Also first video (60kg) I was experimenting with camera settings, that one was night time mode.

missed a couple of snatches forward due to not finishing and locking out sharp enough.
I think I'm tired from Snatch Heavy day on Friday and Judo today.
Judo is Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday:
So maybe I should make Sunday and Wednesday light days, and Monday and Friday heavy days, ie.:
