WL in China
«

Hey folks, I'm going to be spending some time in China, mostly in Fuzhou.
Any ideas on where to train?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Gene

Good luck in finding a place to train. Wish I could help. In my experience, finding a place to train overseas, especially where English is not the first language, is never simple. If you are a really good lifter, national federations seem more willing to give you a chance to train (it was that way in Korea based on the questions I was asked over the phone).
Ivan Rojas seems to have trained in China before, and Dan Hwang is there I believe. Maybe either of them will be able to give you information.

Shaun,
Well, I can scratch the "really good lifter" possibility, that's not going to happen! I'll keep looking.
Is Dan a member of WE? Maybe he'll see this and have an idea.
Thanks for the reply,
Gene

Gene, Dan Hwang is a member here. If you go to the member list, search for members, and find Dan's profile, you can send him an email from it.
Best of luck
