Missed a couple of the Snatches with 72.5Kg forwards, which is frustrating, because the weight is light but just not finishing and catching sharply enough.

Overhead Squat

Front Squat

120 * 3

The Squats felt light, I had to force myself to finish there and leave the garage, still had plenty in the tank!

Seriously tired and sore today, Judo on Tuesday night was hard.

Snatch + Drop Snatch Complex
60Kg for 3 sets of 3

2 complete Circuits of
Front squat 90Kg * 5 reps
Snatch Pull 70 Kg * 5 reps
1 Arm Dumbell Press 30Kg * 5 reps
