Ronald, thanks. While in range of 56 I have done about 180 and 200. In range of 60-62 I have done 190 and 210. Weighing around 67.5 I did a 222.2 back squat pretty easy but never maxed in the front squat while weighing that heavy. I was only up that high for a couple/few months. I am better and healthier weighing less.Cheers
