training is going  good, trying to get my legs as strong as they use to be.  and that meet, it was for minnisota rez only.  i hate minnisota

Ok, its been forever since my last post.  a lot has happened since the last post.

for starters i had a meet that i placed 2nd in, made body weight even.

right now im dealing with a sickness and coming back from a lower back injury from a 410 deadlift but all is well now.

I've been out of the country, that was a ****ing blast.

Here's my last recent work out regement

8/7

Bw: 100kg

Snatch: 95 x 10, 135 x 2, 165, 185, 195, 205

Clean and jerk:  135 x 10, 185 x 2, 225

Squats 135 x 10, 225 x 5

Front squat lock outs (3x) 300 x 5

back squat lock outs 405 x 10

bench 135 x 10, 185 x 8, 225 x 1

a little running

back is much stronger now and im ready for my next meet.
