After a LONG, HARD, AND VERY ROUGH week, i ended it out like a lamb.

ok its been about 2 some odd weeks since my last post. finals are coming up for school they got me jammed with homework. but i'm still lifting todays work out.
BW: 99.5 kg
hang cleans: 215
box squat: 405, was a lot easier that 365 once last week
stairs
push ups
snatch form
jerk form, i use push jerk very solid now. looks alot like shi zhiyong
i shall retire to my quaters and watch discovery channle and learn random facts about life.

My back has gotten a lot stronger since i injured it. i don't even need a belt for cleans till 225.

Dead Lift: ended at 295 tried 315, but my hips wouldn't pull. any tips to stregthen my hips and hamstrings.

I have my very first oly meet coming up. it will be the star of the north games, im going to try and drop my BW under 94 kg, just to make it a little easier, i think.
