Congratulations Jacob, that looks like a solid performance. What was the nature of the injury? I hope it'll clear up.

I know the feeling. Good luck getting back into it.

Yesterday i was snatching to see wat i could do.  I ended at 170 lbs, on a bad day back still hurts, shoulders tired, legs tired, and i do about 30-40 lbs worse when im on a bad day and tired,  so i have a max of 200 or 210 in the snatch.

 2/20 BW: 99 kg
 2/21 bw: 97 kg.

yesterday "max" out on snatch.  ended at 190 with ease.  Drop speed topped in at approx. 82 m/s +/- 10 m/s (that has to be a world record) i saw the tape and the frame rate couldn't keep up with me dropping.  good thing we had the high speed going.  it finaly slowed down at to "slow-mo" at about 10,000 ~ 20,000 frames per second.
