ok, i clocked in yesterday and almost shot myself.  My weight was 108 kg, i can't even go by lbs and know if im fat anymore.  i someone told me i weight 238 lbs, i would say ok.  but if they told me 108 kg, i would say ****.

1/15: 106kg a little better but still need to lose 7 kg.

I dont know if its just becuase I am new to O lifting but I find the way you write your regiment is hard to understand and I cant really follow what your program is? could you clarify?

oh sorry, if it has a 3 digit number it the weight in lbs, my bw is in kg.  if there's no comma then the number after the 3 digit number is reps for one set. if there is a comma then the first number before the x is the set then its reps.  all the weights i do for a work out are in lbs.  they might start to come in as kilos when i start to work out at my new gym. if its a 1 digit number with a x and a number after that means no weight usally, sorry for the mass confusion.

1/15 in the date with out the year so thats jan. 15
