sorry that i haven't posted on this for a while. I've been exsahted from school, training, and work. But i haven't been really doing a whole lot of lifting, just a bunch of form work because im starting to break out of form on my cleans and my snatches, but my jerks have greatly improved. I now use a squat jerk, i find it a lot easier on my knees. but here are my BW for the past 6 days.
1/8:103.5 kg
1/9:103 kg
1/10:102 kg
1/11:103 kg
1/12:104 kg
1/13:103 kg
getting a little fatter, need to start running and eatting less, i really ****ed myself when started working at my job.
