Ronald, thanks. While in range of 56 I have done about 180 and 200. In range of 60-62 I have done 190 and 210. Weighing around 67.5 I did a 222.2 back squat pretty easy but never maxed in the front squat while weighing that heavy. I was only up that high for a couple/few months. I am better and healthier weighing less.

Cheers

Hi again,Chris
Thanks very much for your prompt reply - the information is greatly appreciated.

Chris, just out of interest, your PB front and back squat poundages are identical to those listed for Polish featherweight Mieczyslaw Nowak (1936-2006) at the time of the 1967 'Little Olympics' in Mexico City (refer an article by Tommy Kono in the April 1968 issue of "Strength & Health" magazine-page 59). Nowak achieved a personal best clean & jerk of 150kg at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, where he placed third behind Japanese legend Yoshinobu Miyake and Isaac Berger (both of whom elevated a WR 152.5 in this contest) - he was also second to Miyake in both the 1965 and 1966 World championships.
Incidentally,in the same article by Kono,Miyake was credited with PB squat poundages of 180 (?-seems rather low to me) and 225 respectively.

Regards and best wishes
Ron
