front squat 2 doubles with 160kg, 2 singles with 170kg.
March 12/2012
snatch up to 118kg, power clean and jerk-2 doubles with 130kg, single with 135kg

Thanks Shaun. Yah I did some training but I could not do anything with weight involving my legs though, just body weight stuff.
March 13 highlights
power snatch doubles up to 109KG
push press triples up to 125KG
March 14
clean and jerk doubles up to 133, singles up to 150KG

feeling real sore, tired, and stiff. Managed to snatch up to 115kg and C&J 145KG
March 20th
power snatched doubles up to 113kg, push pressed 125kg for 4 triples and 132kg for a double. Front squats up to 150 for triples and up to 170kg for doubles.
