How do you feel about your lifting at Nationals?
How close were your missed attempts?
Video?

I felt good, the weight was coming up easy. I just was catching it with the weight to far forward on my feet and losing it in front. I will upload the video in the next couple days.

Once you convince yourself you can do more you will do more.
I love this Jim, I want to repeat this to myself over and over

Well since a long layoff due to a muscle tear in my last comp in May 2011,I am back training again. I recently did a comp @ 89.1kg's and did a 115kg/140kg for a 255kg total. Now I am up to 93 Kg's and this week and training did 110kg hang snatch after doing 105 for a double, 2 single C&J's with 140kg after a double with 130kg, 160kg fsquat for a double, and a 115kg snatch after 2 doubles with 110kg.
