I think it has something to do with bringing my hips towards the bar too early.
I made the jump because I only had one more single left to do but I was so gasses from doing 2 doubles with 135. Usually I never make 145 unless it is on a comp day during warmups or on the platform for my first lift. So the fact that I made 145 after 2 doubles with 135 is a positive for me.
You think I could do 170 right now? How do you figure?
