It seems the "trend" is looking better.

Every time you hop forward it is because you are getting too heavy on the toes too soon.  Stay "flat-footed" longer in the pull.

Who writes your workouts?

Keep in mind that all I know about your workouts is what i see in your videos, but it seems to me that you should spend more time on the lifts that you want to get better at.  In other words more full squat snatches and squat cleans and less power snatches and power cleans.  But, perhaps you (and or your coach) have a plan...

April 22 weightlifting training

Highlight-160kg jerk
working on better starting position during pulls(higher hips) so I dont push the bar around my knees, it feels very wierd, almost like I am falling forward.

F Squat   200kg

160kg power jerk is awesome! I power jerk to, although my coach wants me to switch to splits.

Getting better, more to do...

You are going around the knees less, but the bar path is still too far forward relative to your base of support when you transition past and just above the knees.
Those times when you have a "slight" hitch in the pull is especially when your bar path is too far forward.  If/when you get the bar farther back at that stage of the pull you will notice the pull will smooth out and the bar speed slows less.

The being too forward of your base of support is probably why you feel almost like falling forward.  I would try to still keep the hips relatively "down" while moving the knees and the bar back more during the pull.

Hope this helps.

P.S.  When you made the jump from 145 to 150 and just did a pull have you considered taking two sets of 2.5 kilo jump instead of one set with a 5 kilo jump (i.e. 147.5 then 150)?  If you'd let yourself you'd clean 170 right now.  Be patient and persist.
