Jan 31 competition
knee was really inflamed and bothering me but the sleeves helped and I was able to compete. I favoured it a little, but was happy to be able to compete. there were 4 94kg lifters and I got bronze.
warmup
snatch 1-87kg-good
snatch 2-90kg-miss
snatch 3-90kg-good
C&J-1-97kg
C&J-2-102KG
C&J-3-110Kg new PR!!!
I felt like I could do more, anyways here was the footage, I didnt go deep on my movements to avoid hurting my knee, but it makes me wonder how much more i could do when i master the technique.
