I am away on holidays now so I cant go as heavy since I cannot drop weights at this fitness center I am training at.

Aug 15th, back home so I can go heavy again with my bumpers:)
I weighed in at 96.6KG's. Uh-oh I have to be 94KG for next Sat comp Aug 22nd.

mmmhhh I remember doing 585 lbs for a few reps when I was 16. I would mainly do reps with with 415-505.

I weigh 98Kg's what the heck? how did I gain, I started dieting?

Great PR's!! rockon:)  You might have gained because of the heavier workout, I've noticed that I tend to do that also.  Just be patient with your diet and you'll make weight.  Good luck!!
