Monday 3/16/09
Back Squat
115x 5
140x 3
165x 1
175x 5, 5, 5
Snatch
89x 3
111x 2
121x 1
133x 10 singles
Snatch Pull
155x 3, 3, 3
Bench Press
95x 5
115x 3
135x 1
145x 5, 5, 5
RDLs
Abs
Notes: Bench is definately a work on in progress. Back when I actually trained in the Bench I was able to hit 185x5 with no problem. Now, I'm struggling with 145x5 lol. Everything else went very well, Snatches were VERY fast and felt great.

Looking good, is this your first time squatting first in the workout? How did you feel? I will probably be doing the same thing after my next meet in a couple of weeks to focus on my squat some more.

Squatting first went fine. If anything, I felt even more warmed-up and ready for the Snatches. I really need to focus on my squats since that's the primary thing holding me back right now so I'll be squatting first for the next few months.

Wednesday 3/18/09
Front Squat
105x 5
130x 3
150x 1
160x 5, 5, 5
Clean and Jerk
121x 3
143x 2
160x 1
170x 10 singles
Clean Pulls
199x 3, 3, 3
Snatch Push Press
95x 5
115x 5
135x 5, 5, 5

Notes: A couple of the C&J's felt off but oh well. Everything else went fine. On the last C&J I ripped a painfully loud fart in the receiving position and made all the "bodybuilders" behind me on the cables lose concentration... good times.
