Notes: I feel like I might be regressing in everything that's not Snatch oriented (aka anything C&J oriented). This might just be due to the increase amount of volume and I'm hoping once competition nears and I switch to MUCH less volume, I would have benefitted greatly.

Notes: Overall, my form has approved from last video sessions so I like that. Snatch I thought was doing good, just need to work on that more now. Clean&Jerk felt amazing!
