Thursday 1/29/09
Treadmill
10mins @ 7.8mph
3 hour rest
Snatch
111 3x3
Notes: Snatches went MUCH better this time. Moved the bar closer on the starting position so it was actually touching my shins. Little cut up but nothing serious.

Tuesday 2/3/09
Treadmill
10mins @ 8.2mph
10 Rounds on Bike:
30seconds all-out
30seconds easy
Notes: Still too cold for me to be running intervals outside and the indoor track is only open to public on Friday afternoons. So for now I'll be doing my Tuesday intervals/tempo on a bike. The last 2 minutes on the treadmill were hell, but not a struggle if that makes any sense.

Wednesday 2/4/09
Snatch
121 x 3, 2+f, 3
Clean
165 3x3
Notes: Lost that one snatch forward because I didn't get full extension. Still going to keep weight the same next time just to emphasize getting that receiving position down. Cleans were fairly easy. Upper quads sore as hell though from those bike intervals yesterday.

Thursday 2/5/09
Sprints
5x60m (3min rests)
Back Squat
195 10x3
Push Press
125 5x3
Notes: Back Squats were insanely easy today. Might have to use chalk next time I push press because my hands kept slipping.

Friday 2/6/09
Glycolytic Sprints
3x ~300m (10min rests)
Goal Pace: 50-52
Times: 51.8, 51.7, 51.1
Notes: Kept it fairly easy and relaxed. Didn't want to rush back into it and overreach already.
