Thanks. It is surreal to be in this situation. It reminds me a little of Amber Davis being screwed when she lifted in an unsanctioned meet, unknown to her, to drop a weight class and then was rejected for BOTH classes in her entry to Sr Nationals, despite having a legitimate qual total in at least the heavier class. But, I think this is worse. And, the penalty is heavy, for nothing, given that while I am in good shape I may not have many years left in my career.

I was tired of this, but I just can't wrap my head around it. How can the chief USADA lawyer make an agreement with me, then delay getting the agreement to me for 9 months, and when I finally press the agreement by saying "Hey, I am competing" the USOC says, "Never mind, we aren't going to allow your agreement with the chief USADA lawyer." And, that isn't 5% of this bizarre series of events which seem determined to ban me for a lifetime for nothing.

We will see what the lawyer says.
