It went alright. I'm still working on a few things, but it was good in terms of technique, but not strength. Snatched 82 opener, but that was all. It felt fast and all, but then I shied away from 87 and 88 attempts for some reason. Clean & Jerked 110, cleaned 115, but ran out of steam for the jerk. All in all, not bad, but I will be attempting heavier weights in all lifts over the next 6 weeks leading up to the Arnold.
