Yes, especially given how easy it can be to get sick over there -- hopefully he'll have a time like I did in Taiwan back in the 80's (lots of great food, never got sick, came home ready to get even stronger plenty fast).
The wt in the vid is about 330 lbs (150k), a PR matched by other training PRs that day, just 9 days before the 125/141 seen earlier.

I'm back from 2 years in Thailand!!! Weightlifting was pretty limited for me over there, so I'm in a bit of a rebuilding phase right now. Here's a 110 kg snatch I did today with straps. My body weight is about the same as 2 years ago (84kg).
