Grats on the PRs Matt. 500 DL would have been sweet. Did you put on some mass?
How has the knee been holding up? I know you had to make adjustments based on that. Do you have days where it just feels sore like you over did it? I would get that at times.
Also, what do you do for work? I sometimes wonder if my job plays a role in wearing me out, not that I will probably ever quit for lifting as I think that ship has sailed already. But, from about 2:30-6:00 I am on my feet the whole time coaching kids and at the end of the day I am worn out. I think that ends up affecting my work quality some days because I don't feel I always get a great recovery.
