Good luck with PRs Matt, what lifts are you going to PR in? Do you have any meets coming?

PRs will be in squat (safety squat bar) and deadlift. I'm going to compete in January, so I will start working toward that afterwards.

The end results are:
Squat - 330x6 PR (still with SSB)
PC+J - 240x3+1 PR
Deadlift - 450 PR, Just missed 500
SN PP - 135x10
I so wanted the 500 dl. The first attempt made it just below the knees and stopped. I made a second attempt, but it only cracked off the floor. I'm happy with the others though. I'm eager to see how the straight bar squats go after this. I'll get videos up soon.
Next week is light/recovery. I'm ready.

This week is just recovery so I'm not going to post. Just some light-moderate lifting at first followed by very light circuit training.

12-12-11
SN on 3" platform - 165x3
PSN from low hang - 95x8x3
Weight swings - 120x10, 110x10
SN PP - 135x6x3
The upper back really got worked today. The light speed snatches really wore out my upper back and shoulders. Kinda funny.
