Wow, heavy workouts Matt! The deadhang C&J's are way cool. Awesome. Thanks for the squat vid. I can only dream of 305. Very good job! Personally, looking at your video and then at my old knees, I would select the load no higher than where I could go full depth for 3 reps max. But your squat work was awesome in itself.
