My notation is (weight)x(reps)x(sets).

Oh thanks, I had it the other way around. Wow, grueling routine.

Cool workout! How did the 5RM in the squat come out? Any remarks on the squat routine?

Thanks,

I haven't had a squat workout yet. I was planning on 5-7 days for supercompensation. Unfortunately I have been working really hard and I'm pretty worn out. I'll give the 5RM a shot this weekend. Probably do another light workout tomorrow.

Snatch warmup

Squat

145x3
195x3
245x2
275x1
295x5 PR

Squat program worked well even though I didn't have good recovery circumstances. A 10lb PR in 2 weeks isn't bad.
