Squatting below parallel hurts my knees, so doing these is about the best way I can hit my quads.

Snatched 190 for 3 singles. Missed one behind

PL style back squat with 3 sec pause, up to 255x3

Press 105x5x3

The back feels not too bad today. I'll wait until Sat for my next workout and all should be well.

I'll restart my journal in support of Andy.  grouphug:) Snatchs and cleans are down since I have taken some time off from them. Squat are up, and I have done 300lbs for 8 reps. Just finishing a higher volume phase right now. I'll start recording workouts tomorrow.

I am eager to see how you are doing Matt. Snatches and cleans too, is that still the ultimate focus? 300x8 is pretty good squatting.

My ultimate goal is still the weightlifting total. I just need to approach it in a way that allows my to stay healthy and still train hard.
