My body is rejecting multiple sets of deadlifting.  Getting stronger on the GHR though. That is cool. I feel like I have hamstrings now.

I haven't really been motivated to keep up with the posting my workouts. I did 150x4x4 in the power snatch on Saturday. I did some upper body work, but just felt tired. I've been waking up too early because of the time change, so I'm a little short on sleep. Hopefully that will get sorted out soon.

I know that feeling, Matt. PSN 150x4x4 is awesome! Alas, I also can relate to the "short on sleep" feeling. Congratulations with the DL PR!
Things will get better.

Pretty good today. My lower back just isn't recovering well. I'll have to rest up from deadlifts for a while. The good news is that I can squat without pain now. It still makes my right a little bit sore, so I wait for a while before hitting weighted squats.

Sounds like you found an imbalance and corrected it with the deads?  Good to hear, now your lifts can take off!! :)dance

It isn't really related to deadlifts. The final solution to my knee pains loosening up the rectus femoris. I can do body weight squats right after stretching them, and there is no pain at all. I just need to work on making it permanent.

No workout today. My back is still pretty sore, and I have really bad allergies today. Hopefully tomorrow.
