Matt, cool workouts. Are you going to do 2 workouts per week in this strength program? I would be fully off-kilter if I would pad the bar in the GM's.Sjaak
I'm still doing Mon, Wed, Fri. I took the last friday off because it was the end of a cycle. I had to use a pad because I was sick of the bar rubbing against my spine.
Snatching 100 is only a matter of getting back into the groove.
