I've been sick or had bad allergies lately. I did my squats on Saturday. Today's workout I was stronger, but had no stamina.

Power clean
95x3
145x3
175x3
195x3
Squat

Chinups, rows, external rotations
BWx6, 145x6, 15x12
BWx5, 145x8, 15x12

I didn't feel well before I started the back work, so it didn't go so well. I can squat 155 without pain, but I still have to move very slow.

Your sickness seems to linger a bit, that's a bummer. Great workouts nevertheless!

Yeah, apparently when the allergies kick in for the first time it is a rough year or two. Fortunately spring is about over in Texas.
Today is an off day. A little extra rest before tackling the next strength program. I did stretching and some EMS work. I worked on the hamstrings for the first time with the EMS. It feels like a massive hamstring cramp. It's a little scary, but feels fine afterward.

Fri 4-03-09
Power snatch + snatch
95x2
115
135
155x1+1x4
GM
155x6
165x5
175x4
185x3
Leg curl
25x10
47.5x10
BNP
85x6
90x5
95x4
100x3
CG bench
95x10
135x10
Ext Rotations
So I did some squat snatches today. I wasn't hitting bottom with them, but I was breaking parallel and the knee didn't mind. So that was good.
I figured the goodmornings have gotten harder because I put some padding around the bar, and it must be increasing the leverage.
Pressing felt strong today. The shoulders feel "swoll".

Matt, cool workouts. Are you going to do 2 workouts per week in this strength program? I would be fully off-kilter if I would pad the bar in the GM's.
