Team Miami-Dade meets every weekend at our coaches house on saturday from 1-3pm (he's way down south from fort lauderdale though in the kendall area), we're always happy to have new people if only for a little while; I've also heard of a coach in coral gables near the University of Miami, if you're interested let me know.

I'm with Team Miami Dade as well but I live in Bal Harbour (the northern part of Miami Beach). I am roughly 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale and do have a local gym I train in with a decent equipment that is probably closer to you.
