How did you get started/involved in weightlifting?: Reading about Crossfit, got hooked and never started crossfit :)
Years involved in weightlifting: 6 months
Athletic achievements: 70 kd snatch / 90 kg clean & Jerk @ 82kg

Favorite weightlifter: Lidia Valentin
Interests other than weightlifting: Everything is interesting, never stop learning
Other information you would like to share: I only train every other week because of my work

How did you get started/involved in weightlifting?: Learned the snatch and C+J in the weightlifting club next to my boxing club. Actually for fun and the guys were friends (back in 1996). never actually lifted olympic style
Years involved in weightlifting: 6 months (picked up after 15 years)
Athletic achievements: Current: P.Snatch 90kg/PC+PJ 115 kg/ Bench 170kg @ ~130kg  (All time 205kg Bk.squat X 3 @ 118kg/180 bench X 3 @118 kg)

Favorite weightlifter: Yani Marchokov

How did you get started/involved in weightlifting?: It's the fundamentals of my course, i fell in love with it and haven't looked back!
Years involved in weightlifting: 5 months =]
Athletic achievements: Winning a small uni comp @67kg BW with a 70kg snatch and 96C&J, entered BUCS for march and hoping to improve for it!
Role in weightlifting: athlete
Favourite weightlifter: Pyrros Dimas
Coaching/educational credentials: Various P.T qualifications, ISAK accredited and hopefully soon be UKSCA accredited

How did you get started/involved in weightlifting?: My MMA S&C coach suggested
Years involved in weightlifting: strictly weightlifting: 13 months
before that, here's exactly the history:
6 cycles of Starting Strength, 3 weeks/1 week deload per cycle, with 4 day split/week
8 cycle of 5/3/1, 3 weeks/1 week deload, with 3 day split/week
Athletic achievements: Nothing in weightlifting
Role in weightlifting: training, having fun
Coaching/educational credentials: none
Favourite Lifter(s):   Liao Hui, Lu XiaoJun, Pyrro Dimas, Lu Yong
Interests other than weightlifting: lots of combative sports (I was really competitive in them)
Other information I'd like to share: glad to find this place, be involved in this awesome sport
