To be honest this is a very new approach for me. I decided to give it a shot after reading posts on this forum by Steve Gough and Mike Whittmer:

Frequent short, sharp heavy workouts.. This is only my 3rd week but I feel things are going in the right direction.

Was concerned about how lifting first would effect my squats but if anything it seemed to help (hit the heavy weights with fewer warm up sets). Excited to see what I can snatch on Tuesday. I'm thinking 115...
