Looks like my grievance hearing is being scheduled and Dennis Snethen has promised me that regardless of the outcome that if my class can be separated from the Pan Ams without massive logistical problems, the USAW will do so. He also says he thinks my grievance would win if the BOG had not approved the meet, but believes I will lose since the BOG can override the rulebook/write new rules as it sees fit whenever it wants. I disagree of course. If they wanted to override/rewrite the rulebook, then they needed to do that- not just ignore it. WE will see.
