Those sleeves do bother my knees. Subpatellar wrapping helps any knee pain I may have.

Thanks brethren. Arden thanks for the video, but it comes up "no longer available". ps ref knee bands, Robertson in "bulletproof knees manual" says they are contraindicated if you have cartilage problem. Due too excessive compression.

Wow, I am surprised by that.  I love my TK bands.  I couldn't lift without them.  All my knee pain just goes away.  I wear the biggest size they have and they don't provide any support. I wear them only for the warmth. And to keep the warmth in the joint.

Acutally, my old arse wears TK waist band and TK knee bands.  I tuck them both into my Rehband "hot pants"  - turns me into a sweaty mess.  But all the pain I ever had in my knees and hips have gone away.

Personally, I think if you wear the knee sleeve for warmth - ie., get the Large TK bands - you would be doing yourself a use favor. They are not tight at all.  I'm a bigger guy and once they get warm I forget that I have them on.

Rehband knees sleeves on the other hand, I feel compression and support from them.

It's hard and I'm sorry the link is gone. It was up when i watched it last night. I'll see if I can find another.

Injury recovery is not easy. Good luck and god speed.

All the best,
 Arden

The video is still there but the owner did not allow embedding so it won't work. This is actually a bug in our auto-embed modification as it is supposed to auto-detect when a video has embedding disabled and then show only the link. Unfortunately, the mod author is not supporting the mod anymore and it has a couple other bugs as well in advanced features (replace embed codes with simple link, use high-quality version of youtube videos when available). Hopefully someone else will take over the mod soon and I think this is likely because it is one of the most popular mods for SMF. In any case, I wrapped the link in code tags (#), so it wouldn't embed. Copy and paste it in your browser address bar to view it:

Thanks Chris, I'm glad you can do that stuff. I surely can't.

All the best,
