I watched this video a while back and my immediate reaction was the urge to punch this "designer" who has no idea what he's talking about, "splits into a snatch position", I mean come one how hard is it to learn the verbiage of the sport.  I agree about the "idiot Nike marketing department" and their incompetency.

where are they available in Europe?

I would assume Nikestore.com ships internationally.  If not then maybe you could purchase them through a third party and have them shipped to wherever you live by them, like someone gracious enough on this forum  .  None of the major retail stores here in the US seem to have the shoe in stock, only Nike's site.

I have a pair of the VSA athletics shoe and I like them. The heel is a little thicker than the Adidas but they are also wider, which works for me as I have a wide foot. For $72 (less than half the price of the Nike's) I don't think you could do any better.

I hadn't been to VSA's website in a while, they have some shoe on sale for $45 and they are now linking to Mike Burgener's gym.

Go Nike!  They sure know a lot about weightlifting!  How do I know?  Look at how they advertise these shoes- with the Nike Romaleos you can "dominate the deadlift"!
