So close, Ms. Girard!

Even though I cannot see the live streaming video from where I live I was still on the edge of my seat watching as Christine Girard attempted her snatch and clean & jerks in the women's 63 kg A group. So close to a medal! I hope I get to see it sometime.

Congrats to Christine Girard for having so much success this year, and good luck to her and all members of the Heracles Weightlifting Club in the coming years.

Shaun, beg borrow or steal the video.  Chris Girard was superb -- just nails on her snatches.   Stroonnnnnggg clean recoveries.   Perfect composure.  Great athlete!  How old is she?  She looks young and like she could easily crack into the medals in 2012.
