Topic: HELP ME PLEASE!!! Regarding NBC's Videos

Hokay, so basically I heard you need Silverlight to view the streams, and I can't get this damn thing to work for any of the videos, after I install it a million times over and over it still keeps saying whenever I wanna see a video, to install it again, and the same thing just keeps happening over and over and over and over and over and over again. What is wrong?? Am I the only one having problems? Can I get some help please?

Did you reboot your computer after installing? What operating system are you using? What browser and version number?

We are having an online training session for the commentators and conference call to go over any unresolved questions tomorrow or next day. I will find out what tech support will be available as well as how fast the archived sessions will be available after the live stream.

Yeah, I did, even though that should NOT be required. Mozilla Version 2.0.0.16, Windows XP

Try either upgrading to firefox 3 or using internet explorer.

Tried Internet Explorer, does not work either, I'll look into upgrading.. but ...still...so frustrating..

Alex, I am told NBC is aware and dealing with a few bugs, although it works for me in FF3 (but not IE7). Also, I am told there will be a FAQ which will hopefully address most issues.
