BURNING FAT AS AN OLY LIFTER????

hey everybody..here is my problem... i am a 105- and i still have a good amount of fat to loose....2 years ago i was 130 and i did this wired thing were i would not eat fried food or footd with high fat content and i cut out all sugar for about 3 months maybe a few week more...and i dropped to 105-...so ive been in this category for 2 years...doing rly great...but i want to loose most of the fat i have on...but i can not do it the way i did last time cuz the way i did last time made me feel tired and weak...can andybody help...i can exactly run and kill my legs.

Try a low carb diet instead. Also don't try to lose so much so fast.

As Matt said, try reducing carb intake. Not trying to plug anything, but read

and maybe work your way through a few other articles on the site. I lost bodyfat by increasing protein and (healthy) fats and cutting out most carbs besides vegetables/fruits and workout-period sugars while simultaneously increasing caloric intake.
And while I am pretty skinny, from my experience (having observed a couple of weightlifters and powerlifters doing this), lowering carb intake and increasing protein and fat intake works even better for strength athletes in higher weightclasses that are interested in reducing bodyfat.
