Dont get me wrong, I am not trying to avoid getting sore. In fact I kind of think you wasted your time if you didnt train hard enough to get sore. I just wish there was a way to recover faster. I am usually miserably sore after a hard squat day for 5 days after and the second and third day after are the sorest days of all. I did snatch balance on Mon. and I am still hammered.

the more often you train the less sore you will be, if you do an exercise say Monday and then do that same exercise on Tuesday you will be LESS sore; the only way for your body to recover faster is to force it to.
