USAW Magazine Spring 2008

I had a chance to see an issue of the USAW's magazine tonight. It actually looked to be very good. I don't have it in front of me so I have to rely on my memory now. There were some articles about the training of OTC athletes, though they were quite vague. Lots of good photos. Great article about Joe Dube. I thought the article by Rich Lansky was interesting and I was amazed by the amount and complexity of his Opti club's 4 Phase warmups. Looking at the pictures it looks as though they could be getting warmed up for track and field practice. It looked like a thorough warmup though if the space is available.
Anyone have a favorite article that they want to discuss?
