Alright sounds good, and I am having a bit of trouble, in January I injured my rear deltoid throwing a frisbee and it has not been great since, I have done a lot of work but it is tough to lift overhead because it just hurts and its hard to hold it, yeah I am working on that part though. I am definitely capable of lifting a lot more weight overhead than I have in the past, its just a matter of getting my things in order, Thanks though.
