I wanna point out that I practiced with a broom inbetween my legs and i recorded it and practiced a little bit, I think I got a much better jerk now and can't wait to test it out on Monday. I guess I will have to do a lot of pulls to try and get rid of my arm pull, I tried to rotate my wrists for snatch today but it was too hard, I could not get a feel for the bar with it and my arms still bent. I will stop squatting with a belt because it takes away from my range of motion and just doesn't feel good to me, plus right now with my strength I should be lifting more, but its a technique issue obviously. I will keep you guys updated.
