Thanks for all the tips guys, I needed to say that I had a back problem that day from moving like 3 days before, I had to move a lot of stuff the entire day and my back got really sore and i couldn't bend after, so my right side of my lower back was toasted. Partly a reason for that crappy OHS position.. I will have a video tomorrow so please stay tuned, thanks guys.

Training probably isn't the best idea if your back was "toasted". Sometimes rest is better then hitting it hard and keeping your muscles from recovering. And your hips in the bottom of your snatches??? wtf lol One knee is pointing straight ahead and the other is cocked to the side. I hope it was just because your back was "toasted". That is one sick bottom position, if you keep lifting like that your back is gonna be "done".

Good to see you training Alex! You are fortunate to have stumbled upon the good folks on the Exchange.

A comment about the snatching I would make is I see no tigh/bar brush above the knee. The bar is too far away from your body. Try to postpone exploding, until you feel the bar rubbing up the thighs, pulling with straight arms, while levering the bar up the thighs by combined action of hips going forward and shoulders and head going backwards. you could practice this with slow pulls from the hang, and then from the floor. Load is not important.
show us this move from the side sometime.

Second remark would be to try and find a free fall space to the rear.

Keep it up!

тааа, когд толкаешь, больше сгибай заднюю ногу в колени, переднюю ногу больше ставь вперед, у тебя мало скорости в толчке, меньше опускайся вниз перед толчоком ):wlfter

Here is what google translate came up with from andreiaglu:

Andrei was saying that you need to get your front foot out further in the jerk. Don't be afraid of it. You can jerk 95 easily, just get those legs out there.

Hey thanks, yeah I know I can do a $hitload more than 95 kg , this workout was a big breakthrough for me though, I have never done a 60 kg clean and jerk believe it or not, I had an injury and stuff and it always felt like death, but now I am seeing some improvements and this is just the beginning for me. I wanna get my overhead squat up so its comfortable to squat snatch. and obviously try and limit my arm bend.. im not exactly sure what causes it
