Folks:

Anyone have Olympic-Lifting friendly positional papers or articles they can send me? Web sites, Links, Word docs, pillows smashed together, anything with substance would be great.
Please send to: info@columbusweightlifting.org
Alex, by chance, can i use this for a meeting i am having with an interested person for Weightlifting?

Regards,
