June 14th Meet
«

Here are my lifts from Saturday. Snatch-100k. 1st C&J 117, 2nd 110, 3rd 122. 77k BW. Sorry for the angle, but my g/f is not a professional video person. If anything jumps out at anyone, feel free to critique.
Thanks

By the way, how do i put the youtube video right on my post?

Andy,
Dave has an unquenchable love for the sport of weightlifting verging on the point of obsession. For those involved in the sport, a guy like Dave Gremore is someone that everyone should tap into. He will do anything for this sport or anyone that is willing to succeed in it. The USAW should be proud to have a guy like this exposing the sport to the public

Dave is a super on fire guy, it is hard to not get excited about weightlifting being around him. He helped me with my first competition there and was very helpful. I just wish he wasnt 1.5 hours away.
