dont forget you older fellows , should use advil or aleeve  also.  like i should talk ...lol  but on the  lighter side, i remember , well years ago when Rigert lifted at Gettysburg  he was wearing  a elbow sleeve....and i saw a pic of Bednarski  wearing one in competition....take care guys!.

I cant understand why elbow sleeves are not allowed in competition. Wrist wraps and knee wraps are ok but not for elbows??
