Topic: upcoming open lifting meet

             On April 26th the Cougars WLC of Lansing , Michigan will hold the 27th annual Spartan Open at Lansing Catholic High School. The schedule goes as follows : the weigh in starts at 10 AM and the lifting will commence at 12 Noon. With at least four warmup platforms,Eleiko bars and bumpers & other plates we should be ready for just about anything -- just kidding on that one !
