ABS!!!!!!!!

Hey guys I love doing ab exercises after my program. I do them everyday I train after my program. So that means I do abs everyday excpet sunday :D. my exercises have been the same for a year now. They consist of abs on a inclide, on a machine, on a thingy that hold ur legs but ur body is free (hard to explain). Anyways I wanna move to using exercises balls or even tweeking my old exercises so that I can maximize my results..I also do hyper extensions to even out my corp..so dont think I dont kno how to train lolol....so yeah...im all ears...thnx. ):wlfter

I like to do seated Russian Twists with a 10-15kg bumper.  I have even used a 20kg bumper at times.  Focus on a slow controlled rep and really rotate the shoulders.  Here is a good example using a kettle bell.
