MORE leg drive in the jerk. And, (with the legs) push the weight up harder faster and higher and then step down more aggressively when you split. Then once you hit the bottom of your split STOP, hold that position and then recover with deliberate control.Your depth in the front squat is better, but you must go deeper (even if you have to go lighter to do it). FYI when I squat (back or front) I start with the empty bar, even if/when I go over 500lbs.
